My style is “unposed” with a documentary vibe. We want to remember this stage as it is in all it’s glory. I don’t bundle your kid up in unnatural positions or strobe a bunch of flashes in their face. We want to remember how small they look in your arms and how they arch their back when you pick them up.
No stuffy studio
I come to you
Newborn shoots take place in your home or back yard and generally take longer than a regular shoot, usually 1-2 hours. This gives time for feeding, changing, sleeping (me, that is…I’ll probably need a nap). Don’t worry if your house isn’t clean – we’ll shove laundry mountain to the corner and crop in tight! You can trust that I won’t judge your sticky floors and the spit up on your shirt. If your house doesn’t feel suitable for pictures (very little windows etc), I have some alternative locations in my back pocket. I serve new moms all over Tampa Bay

Remember that moment when your hold your newborn and you can’t remember anything from before? I wish I had those moments documented for my own family. But I was too tired and overwhelmed as a new mom to book newborn photos and boy do I regret it.
One of my kids calls me bro now. It’s a beautiful new season we are in, but I wish I could re-visit our very first season through photos. As a mom of 4, I know that these moments matter and I’d love to give you what I didn’t have.

Digitals
In every collection
These are your pictures and they belong with you! Each package comes with a different amount of high resolution digitals for download. You can share, print, and enjoy! And the best part is? You don’t have to choose how many digitals you want until AFTER you preview your photos.

Print Credit
In every collection
Also included in each collection is a print credit. You can use this towards canvases, albums, birth announcements or prints. I don’t box you into a set package and presume you want two 8x10s. You spend your print credit on the products that speak to you.
Investment
A session fee of $350 gets you on the books. This covers time prep, shooting, editing, and gallery creation. After your preview your edited images in a beautiful slideshow, you’ll choose your collection.
Collections, including digitals and print credit, start at $550, making your minimum investment $900. Most clients spend $1800 on average.

Common Q&As
Do you offer birth photography?
Not at this time, simply because I can’t be on call with four children at home. That doesn’t mean we can’t shoot in the hospital though! We can still capture a “fresh 48” shoot where I come to the hospital as you “rest” and recover. We’ll pencil your due date.
When should we take newborn photos?
I strongly recommend scheduling the shoot within the first two weeks of life. They are smaller, sleepier, and easier to mold into perfect little models. Less than 10 days old captures them before the baby acne or baby balding sets in.
What should we wear?
Don’t stress about this one! Babies look good in anything! If you have a few favorite outfits or blankets, you’re all set. Bows or hats are nice for variety, but we don’t go overboard with props.
Are siblings or pets welcome?
Of course! I don’t want to just capture this new baby, I want to capture how they fit into your family. And how big big sister looks now in her new role. I am allergic to pets, so just let me know in advance so I can pop a Claritin. =)
How quickly do you deliver photos?
As fast as I can, usually within 2 weeks! I put an extra pep in my step for newborn photos because I want you to be able to share the photos before they’re old news and that little one is crawling across the floor.
How far do you travel?
Home base is Palm Harbor, FL, but I travel all over Tampa Bay for newborn photos! If you are out of my radius, by more than 1 hour, we can discuss travel fees.
