And how to pose for pictures
Hey there, from your travel photographer.
Yes, you read that right. Destination photographer here. Brooke and I have been friends since high school and she is in the process of creating a new website for her business. She was dreading updating her headshots (because pictures are the worst), so she called me. She trusted the quality of my work and knew that we would laugh through the whole thing together (we did). At first, she was going to fly down for pictures. Then she said “Actually, could I just fly you up?”…..um, let me think about it. Thought about it, I’m in.
I had been doing a TON of research about posing to look slimmer, younger, or simply less awkward in pictures. Being able to take my time with a friend really helped me practice some of those tips – and I even invented my own tricks! (Super proud of myself for that btw). We had a blast shooting – here are some of our top pics! Now, I’m trying to convince Brooke that she needs serial shoots, perhaps quarterly, to stay in front of her audience with fresh content. =)
