Best places for Senior Pictures in Tampa

We are so blessed to live in beautiful Tampa Bay! Tampa has some of the best spots for senior pictures and I’m going to share some of my favorites with you!

1. Hyde Park

Hyde Park has it all for pictures – white brick, red brick, high end shops, ice cream and popsicles, phone booth, fountain, greenery. Cons – crowded and hard to park. Booking on a weekday makes this spot way easier to navigate!

See some examples below:

Avery & Co

It’s always extra fun when friends combine their session! Avery is my neice, so my kid’s tagged along with us for this one.

Family Session

This one was actually a family session, but we happen to have a senior in our presence and it still gives you a feel for the background. =)

2. Riverwalk

Wow – this one was a stunner! Water feature, great steps, unique alleyways, graffiti, theater, and waterfront! In her blog post, you’ll also see some of Armature works cause we started there.

3. University of Tampa

Old ornate architecture with a beautiful porch and lots of greenery too. I haven’t had a full senior session at this spot yet, so I’ll show off this family!

4. The Beach!

This one deserves it’s own blog post cause Tampa Bay has sooo many good beaches! Some have tall grass, others a boardwalk, parks on the way in, dreamy sand, driftwood, dog beach – we’ve got it all. After we book, we will consult about location so we can chat about all those details to find you the perfect beach!

4. Downtown Safety Harbor

This one is a little north of Tampa, but I just love it when I find a spot that has so much variation in walking distance! That’s what makes this one perfect for a senior session. White picket fence, tropical flowers, bright colors, and finish with boardwalk and beach.

There are a million more spots

that we could shoot in Tampa Bay – parks, rooftops, front porches, barns. I just wanted to show off some of the locations that have a ton of variety within just a few steps. If you have a spot in mind, I’d love to explore it with you!
